ASPEN Capital Solutions LLC is an independent advisory firm headquartered in New York, serving financial institutions, corporations, and public-sector clients across developed and emerging markets. Founded in 2009, the firm was built on a simple premise: complex, cross-border transactions deserve the sustained attention of senior practitioners - not a rotating cast of junior staff.
Our team spans the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and South Asia. Members of the firm have held senior leadership positions at global banks, development finance institutions, and regulatory bodies, and bring more than three decades of transaction judgment to every engagement.
Integrity - We say what we believe, not what is convenient. Open issues are flagged expressly, never papered over.
Independence - We have no products to sell and no balance sheet to place. Our only incentive is our client’s outcome.

HOW WE WORK
Senior-led, always. We take a small number of mandates and staff them with senior professionals. The practitioners who win the engagement do the work - clients are never handed down the pyramid.
Independence by structure. We act solely as advisers to our clients. We hold no inventory, underwrite no securities, and carry no conflicts between what we recommend and what we sell - because we sell nothing but judgment.
Institutional work product. Every deliverable is built on dated, cited primary sources. Unverified points and open issues are flagged expressly. Our analysis is prepared to the standard of an institutional investment committee and the CFO’s office - because that is where much of it ends up.
Cross-border by design. Our mandates typically span jurisdictions - US and European capital markets discipline applied to emerging-market complexity, with practical knowledge of the regulatory environments where our clients operate.
